Ajay Raghuraman - Junior Faculty - Vocals, Guitar, Drums and Piano

Ajay Raghuraman is a singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Brooklyn, NY. Ajay’s music covers a vast swath of musical territories, including the Great American Songbook, 70s psychedelia, modern indie-pop/rock, and the Indian film music he was raised on. He believes in the therapeutic power of music as pure expression and often incorporates experimental elements into his recordings, but his infectious melodies and confessional songwriting style appeal to a wide variety of audiences. He performs and releases music as Lake Success and is one-half of the band Hear Hear. Ajay is a graduate of DePaul University with a BA in Journalism and is currently working towards his MM in Music Theory and Composition at NYU.
