Gracie Nash - Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, Song Writing and Early Childhood
Gracie Nash is a NYC-based songwriter, performer, and teaching artist with a passion for helping children unlock their creativity through music. As part of the Metropolitan Opera Guild’s Students Compose Opera program, she has guided young people in writing and performing their own original works, using music as a way to explore big ideas and express complex emotions.
She brings that same care and creativity to her work at WillYouLearn, where she tailors each lesson to the needs of the student—nurturing musicianship, building confidence, and celebrating every child’s unique voice. With a background in psychoanalysis, Gracie understands how music can help children process feelings and develop resilience, and she creates a safe, encouraging space for growth.
In addition to teaching, Gracie founded Miss Tutti And The Fruity Band, an award-winning family music project that celebrates inclusivity, confidence, and LGBTQIA+ representation. The music has been featured on SiriusXM Kid’s Place Live and Apple Music, earning recognition for its joyful, affirming approach to children’s music.
Gracie’s work has been honored with the American Songwriter Song Award, the Anthem Award, and the Resilient Child Media Award. She has performed everywhere from Lincoln Center and Radio City Music Hall to Yankee Stadium and the Austin City Limits Festival—but her favorite stage is in the lesson room, where she helps students discover the joy of making music their own.
