Mark McIntyre - Guitar, Percussion, Vocals
Mark began his teaching career when his middle school art teacher asked him for lessons learning Beatles songs after school, and has enjoyed sharing a love of music ever since. Beginning to play the guitar at age 10, Mark has developed an interest in a wide range of music from Rock to Jazz, and has given private lessons to students of all ages. Graduating with honors from NYU Steinhardt with a Bachelor of Music degree, Mark is currently living in NYC where he is a freelance guitarist, educator, songwriter and film composer. He has performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center and in Brazil, Costa Rica and Alaska. As an educator, he has lead workshops with high school big bands, worked as a substitute teacher at the Great Neck Music Conservatory, and has been a guest music teacher at the Shield of David Institute for special-needs children in the Bronx
