Correspondence Lessons with WillYouLearn
Music by Message is an effective, easy, and affordable way to learn for people who want both flexibility and accountability in their music lessons.
WillYouLearn teachers create custom weekly video lessons and assignments based on each student's unique experience and goals. Each week, students can view and review these lessons at their own pace, and return recordings of completed assignments via messenger. Once received, teachers will offer feedback on the assignment and then move on to the next lesson.
In addition, each lesson is archived on a personal page in our student portal for easy access and review. You never stop learning!
Students can receive up to one lesson a week with their subscription.

Living Notation
A unique offering and integral part of our correspondence lessons. Living notation features interactive music notation that syncs with your lesson videos. Clearly see the notes your teacher is playing via a light up keyboard or guitar fretboard. Control speed and create loops to easily master technical sections. You can even transpose assignments to any key with the click of your mouse.
Flexibility with Accountability
Music by Message lessons are designed for students who need maximum flexibility in lesson scheduling. Students are free to submit assignments at their leisure. To maximize progress, we recommend submitting your assignment by your established weekly lesson time. Students are eligible for up to once weekly lessons with their subscription. If you miss your deadline, you're welcome to submit the assignment at any time and our teachers will respond with in two weekdays.
Affordability
Music by Message lessons are a cost-effective alternative to live music lessons. With correspondence lessons students get up to a month of lessons for less than the cost of one live lesson. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Correspondence students also receive a discount on live lessons.
